Multi-pin IC removal method for circuit board
1. Medical hollow needle removal method.
Take several medical needles from 8 to 12 hollow needles. When using a PCB copy board, it is best to mount only the inner block of the needle to the manifold block. When disassembling, use a soldering iron to melt the solder on the leads. Gently fix the pin with the needle, then remove the soldering iron and rotate the needle. After the solder has cured, pull out the needle. This pin is completely separate from the printed circuit board. Once all pins are completed in this way, the integrated module can be easily removed.
2. Suction suction suction method.
The use of solder to remove the manifold is a common professional method. The tool is a common tin and soldering iron with a power of more than 35W. When removing the integrated block, simply place the heated dual-purpose soldering iron on the pins of the integrated block to be removed. After the solder is melted, the tin is sucked into the fine tin and the solder of all the pins is sucked out. Being sucked, the integrated block can be removed.
3. Disassembly method of electric iron brush.
As long as there is a soldering iron and a small brush, this method is simple and easy. When removing the manifold, heat the soldering iron first. After the soldering temperature is reached, the solder on the leads melts and the molten solder is swept away with a brush. This allows the pins of the manifold to be separated from the printed board. The method can be performed separately or in a separate step. Finally, use a sharp tweezers or a small "one" screwdriver to pick up the manifold.
4. Disassembly method of multi-strand copper wire.
Use a multi-strand copper core plastic wire to remove the plastic casing and use multiple strands of copper wire (short wire ends are available). Prior to use, multiple strands of copper wire were applied to the rosin alcohol solution. After the soldering iron is heated, place multiple strands of copper on the pins of the manifold to heat the pins. The solder on the pins will be attracted by the copper wires. The soldered portion can be cut and repeated several times to remove the solder from the pins. Braided wires in shielded wires can also be used if available. Simply suck the solder and gently remove it with a tweezers or a small “one” screwdriver. The integrated block can be removed.
5. Add solder melting and disassembly methods.
This method is a trouble-free method. PCBA OEM foundry materials only need to add some solder to the pins of the integrated block to be removed to connect the solder joints of each column of pins to facilitate heat transfer and easy disassembly. When disassembling, use a soldering iron to heat a row of pins with a sharp tweezers or a small "one" screwdriver. Rotate and heat the two rows of pins until they are removed. Typically, each column of pins can be removed by heating twice.
