7 steps in PCB circuit board making:
1. Printed circuit board. The printed circuit board will be printed with a transfer paper, pay attention to the sliding side facing yourself, generally two printed circuit boards, that is, a piece of paper to print two circuit boards. Among them, choose the production board with the best printing effect.
2. Cut out the copper clad board and use the light-sensitive board to make the whole circuit board diagram. Copper clad laminates, that is, PCBs that are coated on both sides with copper films, cut the copper clad laminates into the size of the circuit board. Do not oversize them to save material.
3, pretreatment CCL. Polish the oxide layer on the surface of the copper clad plate with fine sandpaper to ensure that the carbon powder on the thermal transfer paper can be firmly printed on the copper clad plate when transferring the circuit board. The polished standard is bright and no obvious Stains.
4, transfer circuit board. Cut the printed circuit board to a suitable size, attach the printed circuit board to the copper clad board, align it, put the copper clad board into the heat transfer machine, and ensure that the transfer paper is not misaligned. Generally speaking, after 2-3 transfers, the circuit board can be firmly transferred on the copper clad board. The heat transfer machine has been warmed up in advance, the temperature is set at 160-200 degrees Celsius, due to the high temperature, pay attention to safety during operation!
5, corrosion circuit board, reflow machine. First check if the circuit board is completely transferred. If there are a few places that have not been transferred, use a black oil pen. Then it can be etched. When the exposed copper film on the board is completely etched away, the board is taken out of the etching solution and cleaned, so that a circuit board is corroded. The composition of the etching solution is concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide, and water in a ratio of 1:2:3. When preparing the etching solution, first release water, add concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution, if the operation is concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution or etching solution is not Be careful to splash it on the skin or clothing with clean water in time. Due to the use of strong corrosive solution, be sure to pay attention to safety when operating!
6, circuit board drilling. On the circuit board is to insert electronic components, so we must drill the circuit board. Select different drill pins according to the thickness of the electronic component pins. When drilling with a drilling rig, the circuit board must be stabilized and the rig speed cannot be opened too slowly. Please carefully observe the operation of the operator.
7, circuit board pretreatment. After drilling, use the fine sandpaper to polish the toner on the circuit board and clean the circuit board with clean water. After the water is dry, use a pine perfume coated on the side of the line, in order to speed up the solidification of rosin, we use a hot air blower to heat the circuit board, and it only takes 2-3 minutes for the rosin to solidify.
8, welding electronic components. Solder the electronic components on the board and energize it.
