1, PCB board shape inspection

      Whether the PCB board size matches the processing drawing

      Whether the corner chamfer of PCB board meets the production process requirements

      Is the PCB board dimension intact?

      Is the hole a PTH hole or an NPTH hole?

     Aperture and hole number, the hole center coordinates are correct

2, Imposition Check

      Determine the type of imposition, whether it is yin and yang imposition

     Whether to add MARK after imposition, whether the direction of DIP wave soldering is correct

     Whether the size of the imposition meets the production process requirements

     Does the method of imposition affect the efficiency of the production process?

3, slotting

     Slot size confirmation

     Whether special requirements, such as gold plating, are required.
