The original material of the printed circuit board is a copper-clad substrate called a substrate. The substrate is a resin plate having copper on both sides. The most commonly used board number is now FR-4. FR-4 is mainly used in electronic products such as computers and communication equipment. Requirements for the board: First, flame retardancy, the second is the Tg point, and the third is the dielectric constant. The board must be flame retardant, non-flammable at a certain temperature, and only soften.
2, copper foil
A copper foil is a conductor that forms a wire on a substrate. There are two ways to make copper foil: calendering and electrolysis.
PP is an indispensable raw material in the production of circuit boards, and its function is an interlayer adhesive. Simply put, the b-stage substrate is called PP. The specification of PP is the thickness and amount of rubber (resin).
4, dry film
The photosensitive dry film is called a dry film, and the main component is a resin substance that is sensitive to a specific spectrum and undergoes a photochemical reaction. A practical dry film has three layers, and the photosensitive layer is sandwiched between the upper and lower layers of the protective plastic film. There are two types of dry film, photopolymerization and photolysis depending on the chemical nature of the photosensitive material. The photopolymerizable dry film hardens under the light irradiation of a specific spectrum, and becomes insoluble in water from the water-soluble substance, and the photodegradability is just the opposite.
5, anti-welding paint
The solder resist is actually a solder resist. It is a liquid photosensitive material that has no affinity for liquid solder. It acts like a photosensitive dry film that changes and hardens under the illumination of a specific spectrum. When used, the solder resist should be used with a curing agent. Solder resist paint is also known as ink. The color of the board we usually see is actually the color of the solder mask.
The negative images we are talking about are similar to photographic negatives, which are materials that use photographic materials to record images. The customer passes the designed circuit diagram to the board factory. The wiring diagram is output by the CAM center's workstation, but not through a normal printer, but through a photoplotter.
